  1. The dream of the (16)90s was (is?) alive in Portland: "No free negro, or mulatto, not residing in this State at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall come, reside, or be within this State, or hold any real estate, or make any contracts, or maintain any suit therein; and the Legislative Assembly shall provide by penal laws, for the removal, by public officers, of all such negroes, and mulattoes, and for their effectual exclusion from the State, and for the punishment of persons who shall bring them into the state, or employ, or harbor them."
  2. On Archie comics (which I still read) and continuity
  3. Dr. Kehinde Andrews outlines the differences between black radicalism, black nationalism, black support for Marxism, and CTR while addressing the need for black radicalism and especially, an independent black radical education
  4. "Los Angeles' Young People Refuse to Leave in Droves," lol
  5. Last night I walked to the In-N-Out near the Gold Line station in Pasadena (which was kind of spooky and full of racist horror movie potential). It's not as spooky as the real one but there the model does have a heavy police presence which kind of illustrates my point
  6. Looking at maps of future Metro Rail lines makes me salivate
  7. "11: 'Tequila w/ my lady' 12: 'Gorilla lovin' 12:02: 'Fall asleep. (Kidding...Rock ain't no 2 minute man)'"
  8. NEWS ALERT: HEIDEGGER WAS ANTI-SEMITIC AS FUCK I THOUGHT EVERYONE ALREADY KNEW THIS?
  9. Visiting Bobby Sands Burger in Tehran
  10. I still haven't watched the Whitney Houston Lifetime movie but here's a video of her singing "Shut Up" by the Black-Eyed Peas in her car
